Every other quit app counts the days since your last vape. QuitOS is built for the moment you're about to have your next one. One button. Ninety seconds. We get through it together.
Get in touch Learn moreA streak counter tells you how long it's been. It doesn't help at 8pm on the couch when the urge arrives and you're on your own. That moment is the entire product.
“I want to vape.” Tap it and the rescue starts: an urge timer, paced breathing, and something to do with your hands.
It remembers what sets you off and when. Driving, after dinner, scrolling in bed. It knows your pattern and talks you through the moment.
Log it, see what caused it, adjust the plan, keep going. No lecture, no starting over from zero.
Cravings peak and pass in a few minutes. The whole design is to keep you busy while that happens.
The urge timer starts. You can watch it count down, and that’s the point. It proves the craving ends.
Paced breathing to bring the spike down, then a replacement action picked for whatever triggered you this time.
Resisted or vaped, either answer makes the next rescue smarter. Over time you see your real danger windows.
Same idea, different fight. Each one is built for the moment it gets hard, and each one has its own terms and privacy policy, because they do not all handle your information the same way.
The 90-second craving rescue, the trigger coach, and the recovery timeline. Coming to the App Store.
The same rescue, rebuilt for cigarettes. In TestFlight with early testers now.
Quit or cut back, plus one button that gets you home: it opens a ride with your address already in it, no lecture attached.
QuitOS was started by Jeremy Bertus, who also builds Keto Contractor, an AI meal-planning tool for people managing type 2 diabetes, built after his own diagnosis.
The thread is the same: people get handed a goal and almost no system for reaching it. The gap isn’t motivation. It’s what to actually do in the moment it gets hard.
Where we are. QuitOS: Stop Vaping is in App Review, Stop Smoking is in TestFlight, and Stop Drinking and Antibully are in development. What started as one app is now a family of them, because the same rescue mechanic applies to more than one habit, and because the moment it gets hard is not always a habit at all.

The QuitOS quit apps are self-help tools for people trying to stop vaping, smoking, or drinking. Antibully is a support tool for people being bullied. None of them are medical advice, a treatment, or a substitute for care from a qualified professional, and none of them are a crisis service. If you are in danger, call 911. Free quitline support is available in the US at 1-800-QUIT-NOW, and the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline is reachable by call or text at 988.
