Terms of Use

Antibully · quitOS LLC · Effective August 25, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and quitOS LLC ("we," "us") for the Antibully app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. They are written to be read, not skimmed, so they are short.

Antibully is not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger, call 911, or your local emergency number. If you are thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988, the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the United States. The app sends crisis texts to people you chose, but it is not a crisis line, nobody is monitoring it around the clock, and it never calls the police for you.

What this app does, and what you are agreeing to

Antibully does things on your behalf that most apps do not. Read this section even if you skip the rest.

Our Privacy Policy covers all of this in detail.

Not a substitute for emergency services

The app is not a crisis service, a hotline, a counseling service, or a report to anybody official. No one at quitOS LLC watches your account, reads your entries as they arrive, or is standing by to respond. The people who respond are the people you chose.

The app never contacts the police, a school, or any authority on its own. If that needs to happen, a human being decides: you, or a trusted person you gave that information to. The app can hand a trusted person a summary to make that call easier. It does not make the call.

Antibully is also not medical or mental health care and does not diagnose or treat any condition.

Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old. Bullying is not only a school problem and adults use this app too, but 13 is the floor.

If you are under 18, a guardian can be linked to your account. A linked guardian can see danger-level events only. They cannot read your everyday log. If you are under 13, the app will point you toward a parent instead of creating an account.

Your account

You sign in with a code sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that address secure. One person per account. You can delete your account and everything attached to it at any time from inside the app.

Your trusted contacts

You choose who they are, and choosing them carries a few obligations:

We also cannot promise a text will arrive. Message delivery depends on carriers and networks we do not control.

Subscription and message credits

Running out of AI messages does not turn off the crisis text or the check-in safety net. Those are not metered.

The AI replies

The app writes back to you, and that is software, not a person. It can be wrong. It is there to steady you and help you get to someone who can actually act, not to give medical, legal, or safety instructions. Your messages are sent to OpenAI through our server to generate replies, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app to harass anyone. Do not use it to attempt to access other people's data, to reverse engineer or interfere with our servers, or for anything illegal.

Do not fabricate evidence. Do not log things that did not happen, stage messages to yourself, alter screenshots, or otherwise build a false record of someone. The value of this app to a real victim rests entirely on its records being real, and a fake one can do serious harm to an innocent person. Deliberately falsified evidence may result in termination of your account.

Do not trigger the crisis flow deliberately when you are not in danger. Real people get woken up by it.

We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

Your evidence

What you log belongs to you. We store it, we timestamp it, and we do not edit it. We make no claim about whether a record from this app is admissible anywhere, satisfies any legal standard, or will be accepted by a school, an employer, or a court. That is not something an app can promise, and nothing here is legal advice. If you need to know, ask a lawyer.

Our content and your content

The app, its design, text, and artwork belong to quitOS LLC. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use it on Apple devices you own or control, under Apple's standard App Store terms. The entries you create are yours; we use them only to run the app for you, as the Privacy Policy describes.

Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the app up, especially the crisis path, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service, and we cannot promise a message will reach a phone. Features may change or be removed. Do not build a safety plan that depends only on this app.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, quitOS LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including a text that did not arrive, a trusted contact who did not respond, a check-in release that fired or did not fire, or any action taken or not taken by anyone who received a message from the app. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Apple

Apple is not a party to these terms, has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app, and is not responsible for any claims about the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and tell you in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new terms.
